Key Job Functions
Place outbound calls AND accept inbound to /from customers to coordinate/ schedule services.
Introduce yourself and the purpose of the call professionally and courteously.
Maintain a friendly and engaging tone throughout the conversation.
Address customer questions, objections, and concerns.
Collect and record accurate information from customers, including contact details,
Maintain a positive and professional rapport with customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Escalate complex issues to team leads as needed.
Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of each customer interaction, including outcomes and next steps.
Education/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while adding a personal touch to conversations.
Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating call center software.
Adaptability to different campaigns and products/services.
Previous experience in a call center or Customer Service role is a plus.
The position is full time, Monday - Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Starts at $15 per hour. Compensation is negotiable based on prior experience. No prior experience necessary.
