Total Healthcare Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative who works in Call Center type setting. The ideal candidate will be professional and well-spoken when dealing with patients over the phone. Coordinators will be responsible for building relationships with patients, updating and managing profiles and scheduling deliveries.
This is not a high-pressure sales job. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is professional with great people and phone skills. You will only be contacting people who have requested our service.
Job Requirements
- You will be working from our well-equipped, comfortable office.
- You will be making 100+ calls per day to doctors' offices and patients.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to our patients, doctors and staff.
- Computer skills required (Microsoft/Excel proficient); Preferably type at least 45 WPM.
- Organizational skills
- Build relationships with the doctors, patients and the sales team.
- Must have a professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- PC operating skills (e.g. Microsoft Windows) is a must.
- Must be able to read and comprehend work-related instructions such as training materials, policies, work orders and other communications.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends,
- Interpersonal skills· Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
