Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. ```Duties```
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

-Processing customer payments and cash handling transactions

-Helping customers in the yard, loading and unloading

-Forklift exp preferred

```Qualifications```
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English is required; conversational in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in using Quickbooks, Excel and Word

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
