This position requires someone who understands the air conditioning and plumbing industry, has the ability to listen to our customers needs and communicate in a way that provides our customers with a clear understanding of their options.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outbound calls daily to both existing and potential customers
- Performs data entry of customer information as needed
- Responds to questions, requests and concerns from customers and internal partners
- Maintains company standards during recorded calls in order to ensure high quality service
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ year recent out bound telemarketing/sales
- Positive, outgoing attitude with exceptional closing skills
- Clear and Friendly telephone voice
- Enthusiastic, energetic, disciplined, and persuasive
- Must be dedicated to providing superior, high quality Customer Service
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Industry experience in Air Conditioning and/or Plumbing
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ year recent out bound telemarketing/sales required
- 40+ WPM typing speed (typing test required)
- Experience with CRM platforms a plus
