- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent Customer Service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Conduct data entry accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to empathize and problem-solve
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate information and explain complex concepts
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and promoting products or services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Data entry skills are essential for accurately recording customer information, while strong phone etiquette ensures professional interactions with customers.
