- Schedule all concessions associates to work in assigned stands.
- Work closely with our NPO coordinator ensuring adequate coverage with a mix of nonprofit workers and union employees during all events and adjusting schedules as necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships with all associates.
- Perform administrative duties to field all phone calls, text messages, emails, oral and written correspondence with associates.
- Check-in all associates, and ensure proper uniform is present on event days.
- Quickly resolve any operational issues or emergencies that may arise during the start of events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Help management train new staff members on concession procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Provide ongoing supervision and support to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all company policies are followed by associates. May assist department manager with interviewing personnel. May assist the Sportservice Management staff with general and department-specific orientations and training sessions.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment.
- Previous experience with a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages.
