Motel Manager

```Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our motel. As the Motel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maximizing revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a background in hotel management.

Duties:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of motel operations
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Ensure exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest needs and resolving any issues or complaints
- Implement and enforce motel policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Manage motel inventory, including supplies and equipment
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue management and expense control
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room turnover and cleanliness standards
- Train, motivate, and supervise motel staff to provide excellent customer service
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for increasing occupancy rates and attracting new guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel or motel management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred
- Proficient in night audit procedures
- Knowledge of revenue management principles
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with front desk operations and reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
