Job Summary and QualificationsThe Community Relations Specialist (CRS) is the first point of contact between Advanced Imaging Centers (AIC) and referring physician’s office staff to receive, address and resolve daily issues including: script discrepancies, reports not received, authorization resolutions and all other issues. The CRS must have an in-depth working knowledge of AIC’s clerical practices and maintain strong working relationships with AIC’s clerical and technical staff. The CRS works closely with the AIC Community Relations Manager by providing a focal point to support the direction of the sales team initiatives. The CRS is required to maintain the knowledge base and ability to perform the duties of the clerical positions for the following reasons: To resolve issues as they arise with little to no assistance and to perform clerical duties when necessary due to staffing shortages. The CRS must maintain a reliable personal vehicle in order to perform tasks in the market place, including: delivery of reports, patient CD’s , scripts and respond to issues as they arise The CRS must exemplify the highest standards of professionalism to maintain and support outstanding patient care and teamwork.
*High School or GED required. *BLS or Heart Saver CPR *1- 3 years of clerical. Preferred Education Preferred License/Certification Preferred Experience: *2 year Associate Degree preferred.
