Location:

Candidates must reside in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, or Lake Counties.

Position Overview:

As a Director of Community Relations, you will play a vital role in assisting seniors with transitioning to the best senior living communities. Your responsibilities will include establishing strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, building relationships with hospitals and SNFs, and advocating for clients' personalized needs.

Schedule:

• Full-time with a flexible schedule in a hybrid work environment.
• Occasional evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals and nursing homes for seamless transitions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, case managers, and social workers to understand seniors' unique needs.
• Navigate and engage effectively with individuals who may initially present as reserved or less responsive.

Client Advocacy:

• Complete detailed discoveries with seniors and their families to understand preferences, needs, and concerns.
• Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the process of presenting, selecting, and touring the ideal senior living community.

Community Research:

• Stay informed about various senior living communities, their amenities, and levels of care.
• Conduct regular visits to assess the suitability of senior living communities for our clients.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the Oasis Senior Advisors team to ensure a holistic and supportive approach to senior care transitions.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights to continuously improve our services.

Education and Outreach:

• Organize and conduct informational sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals, educating them about the services offered by Oasis Senior Advisors.
• Represent the company at community events.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, healthcare management, marketing, business & professional communation, etc.) or equivelant work experience in a relevant field.
• Proven sales or relationship-based marketing experience (healthcare or senior care preferred).
• Proven experience in successfully overcoming initial barriers to establish rapport and foster trust in challenging interpersonal dynamics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards seniors and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

• Guaranteed $60,000 with uncapped commission.
