Call Center Representative

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic Call Center environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous customer service or Call Center experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Working Conditions:

This position operates in a Call Center environment, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs.
