We are looking for 1-2 highly experienced inside sales representatives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
The job would be part time/full time approximately 35-40 hours per week and pays a combination of hourly, commissions, and bonuses.
Compensation would be $900 and up to $1500 per week ($46,800-$78,000/year) working only 8 hours per day. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively fielding customer inquires, questions, and concerns; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in an efficient manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Make detailed notes of all conversations in our Call Center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role - Call Center, sales, and/or telemarketing experience preferred
- Previous experience with cold calling preferred
- Track record of over-achieving quota with attention to detail.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - MarketSharp experience preferred but not required
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
