- On-site, First shift, Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week

We are hiring both Inbound and Outbound Call Center Representatives!
Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally. Listen attentively to customer inquiries, assess their needs, and provide accurate information or solutions.
Or…
Make Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on inquiries, provide updates, or offer assistance as needed. Conduct outbound calls to support sales initiatives, surveys, or promotional campaigns.
Additional Responsibilities:
Customer Issue Resolution: Effectively address customer concerns, complaints, or issues with empathy and professionalism. Troubleshoot problems, escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of products/services, pricing, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Stay updated on product/service enhancements or changes.
Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system. Maintain detailed records of customer accounts, preferences, and feedback.
Meet Performance Metrics: Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores. Strive to meet or exceed performance targets to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center or customer service role.
- Prior experience in a Call Center environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and Call Center systems.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Strong listening and response skills to accurately identify customer needs.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of patience and emotional intelligence to deal with difficult situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
