Family Practice office in Queenstown, MD has an opening for a Full Time Call Center Representative. Must have experience working in a fast-paced medical environment. Must have exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills to schedule appointments, attention to detail and possess a good work ethic. Proficiency working with computers is a must. Epic experience preferred. Experience working in a Healthcare setting. Previous Call Center experience is preferred.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 1 evening shift a week and 1 Saturday a month
