The Lab Call Center Rep provides a multitude of services for clients, patients and staff in the operational activities of the laboratory's client services' area, phlebotomy and processing activities of the Laboratory. The Customer Service / Call center Representative has the responsibility for the client service/technical service activities in clinical laboratory. Duties include: Supports the Lab Call Center in providing customer service to our clinical operations and acts as an information resource. Handles all customer inquiries received by telephone regarding reporting of patient results, inquiries of tests and services, concerns of service failures and other duties to provide superior service.
Required: High school education or the equivalent. Customer service background with experience in Call Center, healthcare, medical, banking, retail, or hospitality preferred.
