Call Center Representative - Base Salary + Commission / Bilingual

Overview: As a Confirmation Agent at our home remodeling company's Call Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth operations. You will be responsible for confirming appointments, providing essential information to customers, and maintaining a positive and professional interaction with clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:

1. Confirm scheduled appointments with customers for home remodeling services.
2. Make outbound calls to customers to verify appointment details, including date, time, and specific requirements.
3. Respond to inbound calls from customers seeking information about their appointments, services, or any other inquiries.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
5. Document all interactions with customers accurately and comprehensively in the company's database.
6. Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, scheduling, and field service teams, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
7. Follow up with customers as necessary to confirm changes in appointments or address any post-service concerns.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, data confidentiality, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
2. Previous experience in a customer service or Call Center role preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and friendly phone manner.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
