We are currently looking to fill a Full-time Member Support Representative position in our Call Center Branch (5656 S. Packard Ave, Cudahy). Our Member Support Representatives are trained in all aspects of Member Service.
As a Member Support Representative, you will answer inbound member calls, perform transactions on membership accounts, and will also provide solutions to expand existing member relationships by identifying the member's financial needs. Most importantly, our Member Support Representatives are passionate about making sure that our members have a truly terrific experience!
