Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Are you a passionate and driven individual with a knack for sales in the home improvement industry? Integrity Decking Company, a leading residential deck builder, is looking for an Inside Sales Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, making inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers interested in enhancing their homes with our premium decking products.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and recommend the best decking solutions

- Make outbound sales calls to homeowners to promote our high-quality decking materials and services

- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to address questions and concerns

- Educate customers on the benefits of choosing Integrity Decking Company for their residential build projects

- Close sales and generate leads to drive revenue and meet sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system

- Collaborate with our sales team to coordinate appointments and follow-ups with potential clients

- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively sell our decking products

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven track record in a sales role, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry

- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone demeanor- Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and drive results

- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a Call Center or sales-focused role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
