We are seeking an ENERGETIC Customer Service Representative with a positive attitude and a Customer Service mindset! You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service or remodel appointments.

Key Tasks
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and scheduling services.
- Learn call scripts in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with customers (speak clearly, compelling, and personably).
- Fielding customer questions and forwarding them to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff when needed.
- Ensure that appropriate and timely actions are taken to resolve customers' questions or requests.
- Participate in training (virtual and/or in-person) so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details and comments.
- Maintain active and timely communication with co-workers, dispatch, office manager, and others.
- Perform various other tasks when not answering the phone as instructed by office manager.
