Call Center Customer Service Representative

Maxwell-White Plumbing is a well-established premier plumbing and bathroom remodeling company in the coulee region. We are seeking an ENERGETIC Customer Service Representative with a positive attitude and a Customer Service mindset! You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service or remodel appointments.

Key Tasks

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and scheduling services.
• Learn call scripts in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with customers (speak clearly, compelling, and personably).
• Fielding customer questions and forwarding them to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff when needed.
• Ensure that appropriate and timely actions are taken to resolve customers' questions or requests.
• Participate in training (virtual and/or in-person) so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details and comments.
• Maintain active and timely communication with co-workers, dispatch, office manager, and others.
• Perform various other tasks when not answering the phone as instructed by office manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
