Job Description
The Claims Call Center handles incoming calls from American Express Card Members needing to file an insurance claim. The team will provide prompt and professional service to fulfill the client’s request. This will include providing benefit and coverage information, setting up a new claim, and providing information on the status of an existing claim. These services are provided real time Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm central time.
Job Requirements
Key qualities that we are seeking include:
A record of providing outstanding customer service (1+ years preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering and entering information into a system
Analytical skills in reviewing and interpreting policy coverage and claim status
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
Ability to respond to high end clientele with professionalism
High School Diploma or equivalent required
