In this role, you will be responsible for handling various incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize computer systems to process customer requests, update account information, and document interactions
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Follow established scripts and procedures to deliver consistent service to customers
- Meet or exceed call volume and quality goals on a daily basis
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or Call Center role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
