Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Training will be provided, experience not required but valued.

Duties

- Answer incoming calls from patients and provide assistance or information as needed

- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and transactions

- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Analyze patient needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations

- Follow up with patients to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus

- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Proficient in data entry and computer systems

- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred but not required

- Ability to analyze patient inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role is preferred but not required

- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
