Responsibilities & Qualifications: **Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm - position is on site at our West Bend, WI corporate office
Primary role is to handle phone calls in a fast-paced, multi-channel contact center from our agency partners requesting changes to business policies/accounts. Will also assist with processing change requests received via email. May also assist with: other miscellaneous phone requests, processing tasks out of an assigned work queues and/or other projects as assigned, all while meeting service level expectations. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Demonstrates effective organizational skills with the ability to make good common-sense decisions while balancing multiple tasks.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Prior experience in Call Center, reception work, retail
- Data entry skills
- Knowledge of personal computers
- Interpersonal skills
- Telephone skills
Preferred Education and Training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
