Diggers Hotline, Wisconsin’s One Call Notification Center, is hiring SEASONAL full time (40 hours/week) and part time (less than 30 hours/week) Contact Center Representatives in our 24/7/365 New Berlin Call Center! Paying $17.75 after training program is successfully completed! We are hiring for First AND Second Shift, including weekend hours.
Diggers Hotline is looking for talented individuals that will be responsible for answering inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. As a Contact Center Representative, you will respond to inquiries and perform ticket processing duties for utilities, contractors, or homeowners from throughout the State of Wisconsin to ensure safe excavation.
