Call Center Representative

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Duties
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate department
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather information, resolve issues, and provide updates
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery

Experience
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with medical office procedures, terminology, or billing is an advantage
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in data entry and computer applications
