Position Overview: As a BD Manager in our Paper Products Division, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives who drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, and sell our comprehensive range of paper products. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and growing company in the paper products industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track team KPIs
- Pinpoint places of improvement in company sales processes and come up with game plan for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the paper products industry or related field.
- 2-3 years of managing a sales team
- Strong knowledge of paper products including office paper, packaging materials, specialty papers, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree or above
