Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our management team and contribute to the efficient operation of our organization. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and will be responsible for recording financial transactions, updating statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.

Responsibilities —

• This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance and general administrative duties.
• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company.
• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly).
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.

Qualifications —

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Able to organize multiple tasks while working efficiently
• Able to communicate clearly in person and over the phone

• Self-starter
• QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
• Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
