Essential Duties
- Processes all data related to sales and financial upkeep related to sales.
- Manages accounts payables, receivables, vendor credits, rebates, co-op dollars, and operating expenses.
- Manages all financial reconciliation in QuickBooks Online.
- Creates and regularly updates management for the purposes of supporting company goals and objectives.
- Processes Payroll. Assures that all processes and procedures are followed for onboarding employees.
- Maintains HR files and oversees HR best practices for compliance and management processes.
- Responsible for managing CRM.
- Assists with customer satisfaction experience.
- Assists with streamlining back-end operations together with management and owners.
- Technology oversight to include software, phone systems, computer equipment, facility security systems, and data integrity.
- Keeps performance of companys assets (vehicles, tools, technology) high through managing maintenance schedules, upkeep, etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills which positively benefit interaction with internal and external clientele.
- Ability to exercise good judgment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage processes. Must be detail oriented, able to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze information, evaluate results, and implement the best solution to solve problems or challenges.
- Strong comprehension of accounting principles, appropriate accounting practices, and methods to ensure fiduciary accountability for the company to yield higher profit margins.
- Good comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through verbal communication.
- Enthusiasm, trustworthiness, personal integrity, and honesty.
- Demonstrates high degree of confidentiality to protect companys data/assets.
- Appropriate level of administrative experience and skills.

- Self-motivated, with a dedication to keeping up to date technically, and applying new knowledge to your job.
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or educational equivalent is preferred but substantial experience in bookkeeping or finance may be substituted.
- Exceptional computer software skills, with working knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs, QuickBooks and other financial software and CRM applications.
- Capable of creating, maintaining, and analyzing financial spreadsheets.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening.
- Must be a TEAM player.
- A passion or interest for window coverings and design is an added bonus.
- Able to stand, kneel, bend at knees, squat throughout the day.
- Able to sit at a desk comfortably while working on a computer, for extended periods of time.
- Primarily working in an office environment with occasional light lifting (less than 50 lbs.)
