Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for 9 businesses using Quickbooks Online

-Maintain and Organize Chart of Accounts for multiple properties
-Prepare and process accounts payable invoices and payments
-Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents in Quickbooks Online
-Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close processes
-Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
-Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities
-Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and resolve issues
-Stay updated on accounting principles and best practices

-Process Payroll and monitor timecards

-Maintain organized vendor information

Qualifications:

-Basic Understanding of property management
-3+ years experience as a head Bookkeeper of property management company or similar
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
-Proficient in using accounting software QuickBooks Online
-Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
-Ability to perform account reconciliations accurately
-Excellent 10-key typing skills for data entry purposes
-Familiarity with journal entries and account analysis techniques
-Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping

-CPA preferred

-Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field

-Ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain organization

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
