Manage receivable accounts from  providers and clients. Receive and record cash, check and credit card payments. Record information in accounting programs and analyze information and data. Authorize payments to suppliers. Match orders forms and invoices and record information.  Review and check accounting data  for accuracy. Prepare accounting reports and other documents needed and send to  Accountant.  Provide Tax payments and record information.  Perform  general office duties such as filing and handling routine correspondences. Prepare bank deposits and payments for utilities bills. Access financial data and  provide information to management. Reconcile bank accountants and financial reports, keeping up to date with company and government regulations.
