We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper. The preferred candidate needs to have the highest integrity, excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while keeping track of details. Good working knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, Payroll, AP, & AR is required. Brockway Engineering is a team of engineers and scientists serving Idaho and the surrounding region, with a focus on hydraulics, hydrology, environmental science, and water resources. Previous work in architect, engineer, or contractor’s office is a plus.
Requirements for this position include:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Collate and distribute mail
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Monthly invoicing, and client contact for billing questions
- Process payments, deposits, and submit tax forms
- Create and maintain employment documentation and process payroll
- Maintain office supplies and work with engineering staff when needed

Pay: $18.15 - $23.00 per hour
