Front Desk Receptionist/ Bookkeeper

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Working with Local Government Entities- City, Couty, Idaho Transportation
- Manage and maintain files and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-Payroll/ Quarterly Reports/Taxes

-Accounts Receivable/Payable

- Notary Public is a plus

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer support or Front Desk roles preferred
- Previous experience in Bookkeeping- Working knowledge of Sage Accounting Program preferred.
- General knowledge of Land Surveying is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
