Bookkeeper - Full Time

Brief Description :

Challenger Pallet has an exciting opportunity for an experience bookkeeper. As the largest pallet manufacturer in the intermountain west, we send pallets to customers all over the Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Montana, Nevada, and Colorado areas. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our accounting team and be a key asset in our management team as we grow to new heights.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strategic, supportive leader
• Full charge bookkeeper
• 1–3 years industry, financial, administrative, and management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• People oriented and a positive, proactive problem-solver
• Detail oriented
• Technologically savvy
• High school graduate, college graduate preferred
• High level of confidentiality

Job description:

• Prepare budget reports for various departments
• Process payroll
• Prepare tax reports
• Pay & audit bills
• Audit accounts receivables
• Provide cost reports
• Maintain confidential files as needed
• Train office staff on bookkeeping tasks
• Other tasks to be identified

Salary depends on experience.
