The Kensington Hotel is looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper. We offer a flexible schedule available.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform various accounting tasks.
- Process journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a must
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
