Experienced Bookkeeper Needed!

Right at Home Jackson seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage various financial tasks:

• Payroll/Billing/Receivables/Reports (weekly)
• General Ledger maintenance
• WOTC Credits
• Direct Deposit & Credit Card Billing
• Account reconciliations & journal entries.

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills
• Proficient in QuickBooks software (client & employee data)
• Familiarity with ICD codes and I-9s
• 10+ years of experience (healthcare background of at least 5 years is preferred)
• Experience using CRM (Clear Care) software is greatly appreciated

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (on-site)

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour + performance bonuses
