Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Manage and update company databases and filing systems
- Assist with payroll processing and employee timekeeping
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong clerical skills for data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Proven ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
