Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, Leased Facility Management Unit (LFU), incumbent will perform a variety of tasks including: developing, processing, and resolving the most complex/sensitive facilities-related services, planning and coordinating all assigned office relocations, developing and promoting new and updated policies and processes to enhance CDFW facilities, providing presentations, guidance and training to program staff on an informal and formal basis. Travel is a requirement for this position.

Working Conditions
Ability to use a computer keyboard several hours a day. Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. Attend meetings and hearings, work with staff statewide to complete work assignments.
In support of essential functions, occasional travel is required within the state of California via private or public transportation (i.e., automobile, airplane, etc.). Travel may include multiple day overnight stay dependent upon departmental need.
Incumbent is expected to work during business hours with flexibility to work both remotely and in office. Incumbent is expected to work onsite, in the office, a minimum of six full business days per month, possibly more, as determined by business needs. Work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
