JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES
Under the direction of the Chief Accounting Officer in the Office of Fiscal Services (OFS) Accounting Unit at the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst is responsible for varied and complex technical analytical staff services assignments such as planning, policy analysis, and personnel analysis.
This position is located in: Sacramento, CA
- The AGPA is expected to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid office/telework setting, including an air-conditioned, low-rise building with elevator access, a cubicle with natural and artificial lighting; and partial telework from home in an adequate and dedicated office space.
- Typical work requires prolonged use a computer, calculator, telephone, and interaction with co-workers.
- Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.
This position is eligible for remote-centered hybrid telework up to three days per week. This position is required to report a minimum of 2 days per week in the Sacramento office. The office is close to restaurants and shopping.
