Job description

Limited Term 12 months; may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent.
Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, Space Management, and the Regional Chief Executive Officer, the Analyst performs facilities functions and duties at the assigned regional office. Facilities functions include, but are not limited to: monitoring lease file, contract and vehicle management, mail pickup/deliver, procurement of equipment, materials, services, and supplies; and business continuity. May be required to travel to the institutions serviced by the Regional Office or other Regional Offices in Diamond Bar.
Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s).

Candidates new to CDCR or the Division of Juvenile Justice are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis testing prior to appointment followed by department annual Tuberculosis testing/evaluation thereafter.
