Receptionist/Administrative Asst

Responsibilities:While the primary function of this role is receptionist, many other administrative tasks are executed at the reception desk. Some of those roles include check processing and balancing daily deposits, Customer Issue Resolution, assisting sales reps with order processing, calling customers with delivery delays, etc. This diversified role requires a highly energized self-starter that is willing to perform any function on the administrative team. This is a team that works together cross-functionally to reach a goal
Qualifications:- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including excellent grammar and ability to create professional correspondence
- Willingness to learn new technology to enhance office procedures and processesWork well under pressure while meeting commitments and ensuring high quality standards are met
- Be punctual and dependable
- Adjust to rapidly changing plans and priorities
- Be independently motivated
- Capable of performing basic administrative tasks that include working well within deadlines, and in a team environment as well as solution oriented
- Good communication and analytical skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,000 - $64,050 per year based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
