GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Performs complex accounts receivable and operational planning duties. Work involves coordinating new account set up, customer analysis, invoicing, social media posting, and customer service.
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
Process Deposits and Credit Card Payments.
Invoice customer accounts, track and monitor customer accounts.
Contacts customers to obtain information necessary to resolve account issues.
Identifies areas of needed change and makes recommendations to improve operations.
Assist with Social Media posts for the company.
Assists with answering customer calls.
Assist departments with special projects and the development of processes.
Performs related work as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
A/R experience needed.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are a must.
Some Marketing preferred.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
