Assistant Property Manager/Bookkeeper

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager/Bookkeeper for San Palmas.

Qualified applicants must have at least 2+ years handling the books for a community. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, good at multi-tasking, great organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to work some weekends. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Experience with Entrata preferred.

Must have active Drivers' License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $46,500.00 per year
