```Overview:
This position oversees the bookkeeping and financial functioning of the agency. This individual develops monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports as needed and works closely with the Board Treasurer. The position is a part-time job that will require between 10 and 15 hours per week. The person in this position reports to the Executive Director. This position is responsible for the professional and efficient management of all financial office functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts, payroll, and related financial functions. This person has no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties:
- Performs Accounts Receivable duties.
- Performs Accounts Payable duties.
-Performs Payroll duties.
- Budget & finance.
- Creates monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
Skills:
- Computer skills (Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Word; Windows Operating System; Office 365; Quickbooks
- Knowledge of administrative, bookkeeping, and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Financial report writing
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in healthcare or related field preferred
