We are looking for an IT professional who is hardworking, technically-minded and enjoys helping other people. This is a great opportunity to work on a dynamic team with exposure to various technologies, industries, organizations and individuals.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Prioritize, respond to, and resolve incoming support requests
• Monitor and respond to proactive systems support tasks
• Systems administration: Active Directory, Office365, Google Workspace, VMWare, ZenDesk, Kaseya VSA, Webroot, MDMs, CRMs, Websites, Wireless, VoIP
• Provide solutions for network and systems issues
• Installation, configuration and support of desktop and server hardware/software and mobile devices.
• Administration of patching and security systems
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware, software and telecom issues
• Support remote employees: Apple iOS, Android, VPN, mobile apps, video conference systems

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed (or actively pursuing) an AS or BS degree in related field
• Previous hands-on IT support experience
• The ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
• Affable, confident and calm under pressure
• Enjoy learning and mastering new technologies
• Dress, speak and present professionally

A typical day could include..

Work onsite at a client office or connect remotely to clients to handle support requests. Run daily systems status check and resolve any potential alerts before they become issues. Update software, build a new workstation, on-board new staff, troubleshoot connectivity, help with a new office build-out, write a technical procedure for end users, update a network diagram, order new equipment, implement a new security policy, reset a password, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
