We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Administrator for our property management company. The candidate must have QuickBooks experience and knowledge of all State and Federal payroll taxes. This position will also involve entering Accounts Receivables, data entries, billings, reconciling bank statements and petty cash, mailing late notices, preparing bank deposits and speaking to tenants in a respectful manner. The position will also include yearly insurance renewal reviews, registering vehicles and various other duties that may arise during the course of a work day.
