Lead Front Desk Administrator

We are continuing to grow! If you are a fun, positive, and reliable multi-tasker, then come join our team! We are looking for a Lead Front Desk admin to answer phones, schedule appointments, review estimates along with other Front Desk duties that come with working the dental Front Desk.

A Team Leader oversees a group of employees and motivates them to do their job efficiently. They provide guidance, daily objectives, develop systems for productivity that motivate new hires and seasoned workers alike and communicate any issues with upper management to reach business goals effectively. You will be responsible for supervising, leading and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
