Administrative Assistant/Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Identify available materials in house for open sales orders
• Assist sales and purchasing departments on available products to meet dates required by customer
• Add sales order into system
• Coordinate with the warehouse on getting available products ready for shipping
• Generate packing slip
• Organize shipping documents and set up shipments
• Provide customers with all shipping details
• Upload invoices into customer portals

Requirements:

• Experience in an office environment
• Experience in manufacturing is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Suites
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be detailed oriented

Job Details:

• Full Time: M-F
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
