HYBRID REMOTE OPPORTUNITY: Combination of on-site work with some remote flexibility!!
Job Summary - Essential Job Functions:
- This position is responsible for activity for all assigned projects from inception to completion.
- Communicate with all company personnel as needed.
- Prepare and maintain tracking spreadsheets per the Administrative Manager.
- Prepare letters, proposals/price quotes for the Sales/Estimating Department, Project Manager, GM of Operations, and the Administrative Manager.
- Maintain bid and price quote results
- Register and maintain state contractors’ registrations
- Provide assistance to the front office when needed
- Communicate with engineers regarding bids, when needed
- Update and maintain all company reference lists and work tracking spreadsheets.
- Schedule conferences/seminars per the Administrative Manager.
- Complete filing of all project documents.
- Acquire project specific bonds and insurance certificates.
- Prepare and distribute project specific submittals.
- Assist the Administrative Manager as required and needed.
- Always have the "Good of the Company" first when making all business decisions, while maintaining a high level of professionalism with employees, customers, vendors, suppliers and the public.
· Make suggestions and recommendation to the Administrative Manager that may improve the well-being of the company, its clients and employees.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Administrative Manager or the President.

- Excellent communications skills (IE Verbal, Phone, Written & Listening).
- Professional personality and attire.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Flexibility to adjust and make changes.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, prospects, and company personnel.
- Subject to Pre-Employment drug and alcohol testing.

- Subject to review of background and driving record.
