Your Impact
Hearst's Enthusiast Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work with all brands in the group— Runner’s World , Bicycling , BestProducts.com, Popular Mechanics , and Biography.com—and be responsible for initiating, managing, and overseeing the contracts of freelancers across the various departments, ensuring compliance and streamlining the contracting process.
This role follows a hybrid model, in-office 3 days per week, and is based in our Easton, PA, office. We will not be able to consider remote candidates.
