We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Plastic Surgeons office and possess strong clerical and customer service skills. This position requires proficiency in Nextech EMR. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth communication with patients and staff. Candidate is required to provide Adninistrative support to both the Doylestown ,PAoffice and the Flemington, NJ office
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning, data entry, and maintaining records
- Manage inventory of office supplies
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Plastic Surgery office is highly preferred
- Proficiency in EMR for billing and scheduling
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Familiarity with general clerical duties
