SalaryThe Administrative Assistant/Secretary position is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations as well as maintaining animal care. The duties include answering and responding to phone calls, sorting and delivering mail, data input, creating and maintaining animal profiles in our database, greeting visitors and attending to their specific reason for being here, making appointments, processing vouchers, organizing files for billing/vouchers, maintaining customer and client records, directing visitors to the correct office/department, responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner, and also assisting animal care technicians with vaccinations and/or cleaning. Reports to the Director and Board of Directors.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Receptionist/Secretarial: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Oak Hill, WV 25901 (Required)
